This struck me

This struck me a bit ago. Why does one have to un-install the Blogger for Word® addin and then re-install it to fix a faulty new user account install? It’s just plain odd. Or maybe Google® is trying to emulate Microsoft® in all areas. Then maybe not. If anyone has the answer please post as everyone, I think, would like to know.
