Walking Into Yesterday

Thoughts of deeds done long ago fill my mind.
Forgive my faults to man as I tarry on Earth.
Grazing cattle fill gentle and humble dearth,
Hearts seek change daunting the kind
AS I walk into yesterday.

Grouted ideas flow freely from a cloudy rind,
Withering once again touching mirth
Hazing a lonely pack of emotional birth
Darts through the barriers I find
As I walk into today.

Pouted feelings loose a durable girth,
Surely sings a grueling path behind
Dazing lofts my mightiest find
Arts lusty looks leave musty worth
As I walk into tomorrow.
